Visitor Policy Update

WRHS Clinics and Hospital Visitation Updates

Hospital Visitation - Up to two (2) adult visitors at time per inpatient, no visitors under the age of 18. All visitors masked.


COVID Unit
- End-of-life patient visitation only, and will require full PPE for those visitors. Visitors must sign a waiver and will be limited and approved by the admitting physician to reduce the utilization of PPE.

Labor and Delivery
- One support person per delivery - both should enter through the West End door and not the Emergency Room. Mom and support will be rapid tested. Post-Delivery, two (2) visitors will be allowed.

Emergency Room - One family or support person allowed in the ER waiting room. Visitor should stay in the ER waiting room, remain masked and utilize the nurse call button if assistance is needed.

Cafeteria - Providing take-out meals only for staff (no visitors, including staff not on duty). Dietary staff will continue to stock the vending machine on the West end of the facility.

WRHS Clinics - Up to two (2) visitors per appointment. May be limited based on Provider discretion and should be discussed with patient prior to visit.

Reminder - Masks should be worn at all times when in public areas, patient care areas, and whenever proper social distancing is not possible.
