HEALTH INSURANCE NETWORK CHANGE

On January 1, 2024, West River Health Services Insurance Network will undergo a transition.

All West River Health Services locations will be out-of-network with respect to all Humana Medicare Advantage plans. This change will not affect Humana Medicare supplement plans.

In addition, all West River North Dakota locations will be out-of-network with respect to the EPO network, a Wellmark South Dakota Blue Cross Blue Shield program. This change will not affect WRHS Lemmon Dacotah Clinic in Lemmon, South Dakota.  All WRHS locations will still be part of the Wellmark South Dakota Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO network.

We will still provide you with services if you have either plan, but you will be responsible for all charges out-of-pocket.

Calling your insurance provider is the best approach to find answers to specific questions regarding network status of particular facilities or providers.
