Again, in 2025, all West River Health Services locations will be out-of-network regarding all Humana Medicare Advantage plans. Humana Medicare Supplement plans will continue to be accepted.

In addition, all West River North Dakota locations will be out-of-network with respect to the Wellmark EPO network, a Wellmark South Dakota Blue Cross Blue Shield program. The WRHS Lemmon Dacotah Clinic in Lemmon, South Dakota, will continue to be part of the Wellmark EPO network, and all WRHS locations will still be part of the Wellmark South Dakota Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO network.

We will still provide you with services if you are out of network, but you will be responsible for all charges out-of-pocket.
