WRHS Clinics and Hospital Visitation Updates
Hospital Visitation – No visitation unless a patient is end-of-life. In this instance, one (1) approved visitor at a time over the age of 18.Pediatric patients – one (1) caregiver/guardian.Masks must be worn.
Labor and Delivery – One (1) support person per delivery.
Emergency Room – One (1) family or support person allowed in the ER waiting room.The one (1) family or support person should stay in the ER waiting room, remain masked and utilize the nurse call button if assistance is needed.
Cafeteria – Open to employees on a take-out basis, and to our patients in the hospital. Dietary staff will continue to stock the vending machine on the West end of the facility.
West River Clinics – One (1) caregiver/guardian for children or adults that require assistance.Masks must be worn.
Following the guidelines set forth in the Vulnerable Population Protection Plan through the North Dakota Department of Health and The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
Please note that if cases begin to show in our service area, or we have a COVID-19 positive admit to the hospital, we will be rolling these restrictions back immediately.
Reminder: Masks should be worn at all times when in public areas, patient care areas, and whenever proper social distancing is not possible.
